Mark Williams Hoelscher is an award-winning video producer, cinematographer, video editor, and FAA-licensed drone operator based in Washington, DC.

Currently, Mark is Director for Video Production at FGS Global, an international communications, marketing, and PR agency. Mark cut his teeth on the video team at The Brookings Institution and through freelance work with notable clients such as The Kennedy Center, Hulu, The Embassy of Montenegro, The Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, among others.

Mark's films have been featured at festivals, including the DC International Film Festival, and his photography has been published widely, including in The Washington Post.
